I specialize in working with the Highly Sensitive Personality
Offering Innovative Energy Based, Transformational Coaching Techniques that have been shown to help release the energetic impact of stressful life events.
As an Energy Practitioner for over 25 years, I enjoy working with Compressive Energy Psychology (CEP) because it actively involves my clients and empowers them towards their healing and goals.
State of the Research: What we know and What we Don’t know
I discovered the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) while I was studying Clinical Transpersonal Psychology at Sophia University. Although I was already doing energy therapy as a Master-Instructor Integrated Energy Therapist (IET) and Master-Reiki Practitioner, what attracted me to Compressive Energy Psychology was its well-researched, grounded and approved with the American Psychological Association (APA) for continuing education. I read one study that showed Energy Psychology to be more effective, longer-lasting and without side effects than cognitive-behavioral therapy with medication for phobias, trauma and anxiety, with fewer appointments!! There is an international organization that you can evaluate the research at www.energypsych.org .
Addressing Systemic Energetic Interference (Non-Polarization/Global Energy Field Imbalances).
The first step to treatment is addressing Systemic Energetic Interferences (SEI). These are simple ways to balance and center the client’s energy field so their energy is focused towards their goals. The human energy field is affected by many things such as dehydration, accidents, trauma, pollution, lack of sleep, medication, health problems, etc. Working on SEI’s can be a treatment of its own especially for those with chronic health problems, dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, memory problems etc. What is important though, addressing SEIs enables coaching sessions to be successful and long-lasting. Think of it this way, you are driving a car to your destination but you are too low on gas to get there, or there is something wrong with your engine, or your tires or bald and you are in bad weather. Even though your goal destination seems strait forward and your car might seem to be in great shape, there might be obstacles that can prevent you from getting to your goal. Addressing SEI’s can be like fixing energetic mechanical problems in your biofield that can obstruct goals.
Treatment Intentions (Selecting the Issue to Work On): Identifying the Priority Goal (What the Client Wants to Accomplish from the Treatment) and the Priority Treatment Focus (What Most Needs to be treated in Order to Best Help the Client Accomplish This Goal).
Addressing Objections to Succeeding (Psychological Reversals) in Order To Succeed With the Treatment.
Have you ever wanted to make a change only to find yourself doing things that are exactly opposite of what you want? In Yoga there is a saying: “The mind that makes you ill is the same mind that heals you”. The “Mind” is a highly complex intelligent energetic system. When working towards a goal or to heal a problem, positive thinking or self-affirmations is probably not going to be enough. We must be willing to look at all the hidden and uncomfortable places in our mind that are creating obstacles towards goals.
Clients create healthy changes and manifest goals really fast! We hunt for subconscious objections, remove and reprogram the subconscious to work for our conscious goals.
Priority Treatment Method Selection and Implementation (Meridian, Chakra, Biofield or Other)
After mental blockages are removed we discover what is the best treatment method. Debora works with a variety of methods: Emotional Freedom Technique (TFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Soul Detective and Past Life Therapy, Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP) Meditation, Qigong, Logosynthesis and many others.

“I chose to love and accept myself”
By Dr. Willem Lammers: https://www.logosynthesis.net/?lang=de
I retrieve all of my energy bound up in the representation of this person and move it to the right place in my Self.
I remove all non-me energy related to the representation of this person from all of my cells, from all of my bodies and from my personal space and send it to where it truly belongs.
I retrieve all of my energy bound up in all of my reactions to the representation of this person and take it to the right place in myself.
